Idea wall

The idea wall collects short suggestions, questions or examples from the room — anonymously on the wall. In the cockpit you sort them into groups and, if needed, turn them into a poll.

Set ideas per person and length

    Step 3 of 16

Choose the question type Idea wall (no solution). Ideas per person (1 to 10) and Characters per idea (10 to 280) limit the input — short ideas are easier to read on the wall.

    Start the session: participants join

    Step 5 of 16

After the start, the projector shows the QR code and the address. Participants scan the code with their smartphone and they are in — no app, no account. How to start a session is shown in the guide Running a session.

    Answers come in

    Step 9 of 16

In the middle of the cockpit is the Idea wall: at first all cards are in the column “Ungrouped”. The wall on the projector shows them while they are being collected.

    The projector while collecting

    Step 10 of 16

Already while ideas are being collected, they appear as cards on the wall — without names.

    Sort ideas into groups

    Step 11 of 16

Drag cards into a column or use the menu on the card: New group … creates a group, after which it appears in the menu of every card. The pencil in the column header renames a group. Put to a vote creates a Poll+ whose options are the groups.

    Step 12 of 16

    Close the question, then reveal

    Step 13 of 16
