2×2 grid

In the 2×2 grid, participants place points in a field with two axes — for example effort to the right, benefit upward. This captures assessments that a simple scale cannot show.

One point per person

Without elements, every person places exactly one point — for example to rate themselves on two axes. You label both ends of each axis; the quadrants can carry a name as well.
